Service Description

Starting at $15 for first 30 mins. Travel max time is 1 hour. Address required at time of scheduling appointment. Counties include Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dekalb, Douglas, Gwinnett, Henry, Fayette, and Fulton.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled appointment is required in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of your remaining balance in order to continue booking services. LATE POLICY If you think you may be late for your appointment, please contact us at 504.402.8623. There is a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive after 15 minutes, a late fees ($15-$30) will be applied. If you are an hour or more late, your appointment will be cancelled. NO SHOW POLICY If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, without contacting Beautivva to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. No shows will be charged 100% of their remaining balance and will be prohibited from booking future appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS. REFUND POLICY There is a no refund policy on all services and deposits. Complimentary fixes within 3 days of the service completion are offered depending on the case. (DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE) PRICE POLICY All prices are non-negotiable and prices listed are starting prices for services. Prices may increase depending on client's hair type, length, and intricacy of style.
