Cancellation Policy

Hair must be washed, blow-dried/stretched, and fully detangled. prior to services. Please do not apply any products to hair before appointment.  Additional charge for wash & dry services. Hair must be 4" long to achieve desired braid style. Client must provide own hair for desired style. Deposit must be paid to book services. Deposit goes towards service. DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE Remaining balance must be fulfilled at the end of service. Methods of accepted payments: cash, Cash App, or Zelle.
